Programs for children ages 3 and 4: Income and your child’s age are the primary ways to qualify for our free programs.
- Children must be at least 3 years old by August 31.
Income guidelines are based on federal guidelines, and are set each year. Current income guidelines (2025) are:

| Family of 5 | $112,950 |
| Family of 6 | $129,450 |
| Family of 7 | $145,950 |
| Family of 8 | $162,450 |
