Current Openings Include:
Home Visitor

Responsibilities include: 

  • Maintain a caseload of 12 families which includes a minimum 90 minutes weekly session with each family in the home
  • Conduct developmentally appropriate activities, promote understanding of child development in parents and caregivers,
  • Complete Family Partnership Agreements, do referrals to community organizations as needed etc.
  • Collaborate as a team to plan and implement socialization.
  • Complete developmental screenings within deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to attend trainings.

Qualifications for this position are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services or related field.
  • Bilingual in Spanish language; written and spoken is a plus.
  • 2 years experience related to care and development of children and families.
Lead Teacher

This position works collaboratively with the classroom staff in an Early Childhood environment.  Responsible for developing and implementing a program of activities that promotes the social, emotional, and physical development of each child enrolled in the group in accordance with Head Start Performance Standards.

Minimum qualifications for this position are:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Early Childhood course work
  • PA Teaching Certification PK-4 a plus
Bus Driver/ CSS (Classroom Support Staff)

Come be a part of our team.  Be the first smile our children see in the morning.  Responsible for safely transporting the children to and from school and on field trips in accordance with PA Dept of Motor vehicle regulations and Head Start Performance Standards. Providing classroom support and working cooperatively with the Parents, Teachers, Bus Drivers, and Family Advocates.

Minimum qualifications for this position are:

  • High school / GED Diploma
  • Preferable to hold a current Commercial Drivers License (CDL) class C (S and P endorsements)
