First Start Partnerships

Serving Franklin County Families since 1965

With highly qualified staff and a Keystone STAR 4 designation, we provide safe, nurturing environments where children ages 12 months to 5 years engage in developmentally appropriate activities. We emphasize the importance of parental involvement, offering programs and resources to support families, including nutritious meals, individualized learning, and an open-door policy for parents. We also offer professional development opportunities for early childhood educators through the Bloom Center.
