If you have Capital Blue Cross medical health insurance through FSP there is a Virtual Care option for your health care appointments.
To take advantage of the Virtual Care option you will need to register on the Capital Blue Cross (CBC) website. In order to do this go to the CBC site capbluecross.com , make sure you have your insurance card in front of you; you will need to enter the ID # and Group # from the card to set up/ register for a CBC account and then also use the same login to get a Virtual Care appointment.
If you have already registered for a CBC account then you can just go directly to the Virtual Care visits
for more information and to download the app. The app is available through the App Store or Google Play. Virtual Care visits is not currently available to use on a computer and must be accessed on your phone or tablet.
